Kosha, an environmentally mindful winter and travel-wear brand, is one of India's pioneering names in the technical winter-wear sector. Their offerings are tailored to environmentally conscious travellers.

It dawned on us: Why not ship the apparel in packaging made from durable, biodegradable, and eco-friendly material that can later be repurposed as a bag? We experimented with various materials for our prototypes, eventually settling on jute. Its permeable nature makes it perfect for stitching and packaging, leaving no traces when unstitched. When inverted, this packaging transforms into a handy carry bag, adding an unexpected, innovative twist to our eco-conscious mission.

Additionally, our one-of-a-kind in-store concept, a hybrid backpack-cum-tote bag (conceived/prototyped in our studio and subsequently mass-produced by the brand), amplified the shopping experience, offering customers a memorable interaction with the store.
